What are my favorite parts of my work?

Education.

I love teaching. My mother used to say I would be a great teacher and I never knew what she meant until I started to use my skills to help people understand the things I took for granted.

Over the years, I have gained so much knowledge in those corners of real estate that not every real estate agent understands. And they don’t apply to everyone: construction, rehabbing, property / hotel management, and using real estate for passive income is what I grew up around - as my father would say because he “didn’t have another option having not finished any real schooling.” So talking about investing in real estate, maximizing real estate, and using real estate to an advantage is something I love to talk about.

Not everyone cares about these things. Some people just want to buy their first home or buy into condominium living. Whatever your goals, I would love to discuss them with you. I love sharing what I know in ways that are respectful of each person’s viewpoint and need.
